The
leather in our desks and writing
bureaux is 'sheepskin' that may have naturally occuring blemishes.
Our leather is coloured, antiqued and inlaid with gold leaf entirely by hand giving each piece its unique quality and appearance.
As part of our hand finishing process we antique and distress
each piece of furniture to give an
appearance of age, as in a genuine antique. This is carried out by individual craftsmen and therefore may vary slightly from piece to piece. The woods and veneers used are natural products and may have naturally occurring blemishes which adds to the antique effect. |
